The Sdara Derma roller works by stimulating the skin so that what ever you put on it next really gets to those deeper layers of skin that are hard to reach. Don’t ever scrape sideways, just roll one direction about 5 times, and then roll the other direction. It should be uncomfortable, but, not painful.
